We are a retail walk-in cellular and laptop repair service center. We're an Apple Authorized Independent Repair Provider. We also service all other makes and models of devices. Our technicians are trained experts in cellular & laptop repair and have extensive experience in all aspects of repair and data recovery. We don't just replace your broken device we repair it. We operate multiple scoped rework bays and have the ability to perform repair work all the way down to the surface mounted component level.

What We Are Looking For:
A friendly technically savvy person who enjoys helping our customers with their electronics. Knowledge and passion for all things tech. Someone that is afraid of hard work, is willing to constantly learn new repair skills, and has the ability to fine tune the repair skills they already have.
What Will You Do…
Serve customers and deliver exceptional service throughout the repair process using our point of sale system, engaging in technical consultations, and giving clear repair solutions and pricing estimates;
Identifying the customers needs and providing specific recommendations for repairs, accessories, and additional services from the initial contact to the last contact.
Diagnosing and performing repairs on various electronics (i.e computers, tablets, smartphones, game consoles, etc.) that meet or exceed Cellular & Laptop Repair Centers service standards;
Updating and educating customers on the repairs processes and repair statuses.

Minimum Technical Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year Apple iPhone repair experience
Current iOS usage experience (iCloud, Photo Stream, Shared Calendars, etc)
* Can pass practical tests to demonstrate proficiency
A minimum of 1 year Android device repair experience
(Samsung, LG, HTC, Motorola, etc.. )
Current Android OS usage experience
* Can pass practical tests to demonstrate proficiency
A minimum of 1 year Apple iPad & Android Tablet repair experience
* Can pass practical tests to demonstrate proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Tablet & Cellular phone repair experience required.
Basic computer OS experience required.
* Computer repair experience a plus
* Advanced OS (Windows / Mac) experience a plus
* Micro soldering skills a plus
